AdvanSure CT/NG real-time PCR kit can detect pJD1 plasmid region of N.gonorrhoeae and omp1 region of C.trachomatis respectively, using specific primer and probe of specific DNA sequence of N.gonorrhoeae and C. trachomatis. Internal control is concomitantly processed to prevent misjudgment from PCR reaction error.
AdvanSure HPV 16/18 real-time PCR 02.10.2008
AdvanSure HPV 16/18real-time PCR kit can detect HPV type 16 and type 18 respectively, using E6/E7 region specific primer and probe, applying PCR reaction and taqman chemistry. Internal control is concomitantly processed to prevent misjudgment from PCR reaction error.
AdvanSure TB/NTM real-time PCR 02.10.2008
AdvanSure TB/NTM real-time PCR kit can detect M.tb complex and NTM(non-tubercle Mycobacteria) respectively, using M.tb complex specific IS6110 and rpoB specific probe of NTM. This kit can detect more than 70 species of mycobacteria amnd differentiate M.tb from NTM. Internal control is concomitantly processed to prevent misjudgment from PCR reaction error.
